Best Service & Smooth System
আমরা all time ক্লায়েন্টদের best service দেওয়ার try করি। Normal cases-এ আমাদের সিস্টেমে কোনো সমস্যা বা downtime হয় না। আপনার payment processing সম্পূর্ণ automated এবং smooth ভাবে কাজ করবে।
Server Issue & Quick Fix Time
টেকনিক্যাল কারণে যদি কখনো unexpected server issue বা gateway update চলে, তবে ভয়ের কিছু নেই। সাধারণত ২-৩ ঘণ্টার মধ্যেই আমাদের technical team সেটা solve করে সব normal করে দেয়।
Direct Support & Troubleshooting
API integration বা payment নিয়ে যেকোনো সমস্যায় পড়লে directly আমাদের সাথে contact করবেন। আমাদের support team দ্রুত আপনার issue check করে সেটা fix করে দিবে।
100% Refund Policy
যদি কখনো এমন কোনো major issue ফেস করেন যেটা আমাদের end থেকে কোনোভাবেই fix করা সম্ভব হচ্ছে না, তাহলে আপনার wallet balance বা subscription fee সম্পূর্ণ refund করে দেওয়া হবে। Your money is always safe with us.
Fair Use & Legal Restriction
কোনো প্রকার scam, phishing, gambling বা illegal purpose-এ আমাদের gateway use করা strictly prohibited. Fraudulent activity detect হলে instantly account terminate করা হবে।
